The Automotive Division is not only Home Line Try Out but much more. Over the past few years, the company has structured itself by investing in facilities and new resources. The goal is to continue to serve the largest "Tier 1" and major car manufacturers in the industry by increasing quality.
Stamping
The presses, laser cutting machines and the quality department enable us to offer stamping activities of any body parts. We currently support the stamping activities of many big companies.
Laser cutting
The aluminium metal sheets are shaped into defined curves using our three-dimensional Laser cutting machines. With our fixed-table machines, we guarantee large work areas and we can cut even the largest workpieces.
Quality Control
Nothing is delivered to the customer without careful inspection by the quality department and related quality protocols. In addition to the “FARO ARMS" Dies Car Service has recently equipped itself with a lightweight 3D laser scanner featuring metrological accuracy and remarkable usability.
Not to forget the classic threaded plug gauges for coupling verification.
Tig and Mig Welding
In DCS we also carry out Tig and Mig welding. After the dies are subject to change, we proceed to weld and re-machine according to directives. The company is committed to offering a complete package; the mission is to facilitate the customer by commissioning all outsourcing activities to a single and reliable supplier. In a field where is increasingly difficult to find qualified resources, we also offer our welders for external work.
